Information You Provide Us
In general, you can visit Interpark.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personally
identifiable information about yourself. If you choose to register, and are 13 years of age or older,
we will collect your name, date of birth, email address, and street address along with other
information you may choose to submit, and you will choose a password as part of the registration
process ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "Pll"). Personally Identifiable Information means
any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, your name,
home address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information such as the credit
card number, card verification value, and the billing address. If you handle a transaction
("Transaction") on or through our Site we will also ask you for additional information including the
credit card number and expiration date, billing address, shipping address, name on the account
and telephone numbers for the billing and shipping addresses ("Credit Card Information").
By providing your PII to us, you explicitly agree to our collection and use of such information as
described in this Privacy Policy.
Profiles
Before we allow you to use or provide certain products, we ask you to create your own profile which
is shown to the other users of the products including potential customers for your services.
Some Personally Identifiable Information from the profile, including but not limited to full name, photo,
and e-mail address, is displayed to other users. For example, first names and photos of service
providers ("Providers") are displayed to members of the Site, to support the function of our social
networking community.
If you are a student user of the products you are provided the option to create a profile without
your personally identifiable information being displayed to other users.
Billing
If you use or provide services on the Site for which we implement a billing system for you, we will
collect additional information from you so that we can process and collect billing information.
For example, we may collect your mailing address to remit payments, and we collect your Socia
Security number and/or Federal Tax ID number to prepare Form 1099s if necessary and to help us
verify your identity. Members who are not United States taxpayers will not be asked for their Social
Security numbers or Federal Tax ID numbers, though they may need to report income to their local
tax authority and may be required to provide equivalent evidence of their identity.
If you make payments as a Customer through the Site, We will keep your Credit Card Information
on file and on our servers. This will enable you to make future purchases without re-entering your
Credit Card Information. The Credit Card Information will not be shared with any third party not
affiliated with Interpark without notifying you in this Privacy Policy. We only share your Credit Card
Information as necessary to complete your purchase transaction as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
Protecting Children's Privacy
We recognize that some of the users of our Site may be under the age of 13.
We are committed to protecting Minors' privacy online and meeting the requirements of the federal
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online
with their children and to participate in the activities offered on the Site. Minors may participate in the
products offered on and through our Site anonymously and do not need to register in order to
participate. In order for a Minor to receive services through our Site it is necessary for the Minor to
register and to provide certain limited personal information.
This includes the Minor's name and email address. This information is used by Interpark to
facilitate provision of services to the Minor and to email promotional material to the Minor.
BECAUSE WE MAY COLLECT MINOR'S PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH OUR SITE,
WE REQUIRE THAT EACH MINOR'S PARENT PROVIDE CONSENT (AS EXPLAINED BELOW)
BEFORE THE MINOR IS PERMITTED TO REGISTER ON OUR SITE.
Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, we do not provide any personally identifying
information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever from our users
under 13 years of age.
When a Minor registers on our Site, we collect only the Minor's name and email address and the
email address and name of the Minor's parent or guardian. Our system immediately identifies those
users whose birth date indicates that they are under the age of 13. We send the identified parent or
guardian an e-mail alerting them to that registration and identifying the information supplied by the
Minor. The email to the parent also contains a link to this Privacy Policy.
In order for the registration to become complete and for the potential user to receive any information
from us, the parent or guardian must validate the registration, as described in the e-mail, and consent
to the Minor's registration. The parent or guardian may refuse to allow the Minor to register.
If the parent does not respond to the email within 72 hours or if the parent responds refusing to allow
the registration then the information submitted by the Minor is automatically deleted from our system.
In addition to the registration information provided by the Minor and the address information provided
by the parent or guardian, we use cookies, as described below, which can be associated with the
user's PII. No information collected from users under 13 years of age is used for any marketing or
promotional purposes.
A parent or guardian of a Minor may at any time review the child's personal information, request that
we change the information, request that we collect no further information, or delete the child's
registration by contacting us via email or by clicking on the link on the registration page or by writing us
at the address indicated on the Contact page of our Site. Parents can also telephone us at the contact
information listed under "Contacting Us"to request a change or to delete the Minor's registration
information. Before any information is disclosed the parent will be required to provide the parent's
name and email address for verification.
We will only send the information to the parent's email address in the registration file.
If a Minor who is not registered on our Site contacts Interpark through an email, we will respond to
that email on a one-time basis without obtaining parental consent and we will then delete the email
address. We will not use that email address to contact the Minor thereafter.
Our Site does not provide email services, chat rooms or message boards.

involved in distributing the offers or providing the products or services will have access to your PII.
Our subsidiaries and contractors will be required to use any PII we provide them only for that
intended purpose.
We may use your email address to contact you to respond to your inquiries or to provide information
on products or services to you. You can Select not to receive emails from us either by so indicating
at the time you register, an email you receive or by contacting us as indicated
below.
We reveal PII about you to unaffiliated third parties if:
(1)
you request or authorize it;
(2)
the information is provided to help complete a transaction for you;
(3)
the information is provided to comply with the law, applicable regulations, court orders or

on our behalf (e.g., analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing customer service,
processing orders, etc.).

If you do not wish to receive offers or other notices from us in the future, you can "opt out"by contacting
us at the address indicated at the end of this policy. In addition, if you provide us with PII, you will
always have the option of requesting that the PII be removed from our system by contacting us at the
address indicated on the Contact page of our Site.
To review your PII, make any changes or corrections or to request that we remove your information
please contact us at the address listed below. We will try to complete your request as promptly as
possible.
Any changes will affect only future uses of your PII.
We use industry-standard, established security measures in place in our physical facilities and in
our computer systems, databases, and communications networks that are designed reasonably to
protect information contained within our systems from loss, misuse or alteration.

You should be aware that when you are using our products, you can be directed to other sites that are
beyond our control and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content
of linked Sites. We encourage you to read the posted privacy policy whenever interacting with any third
party website.
Also, some ads appearing on our products are delivered to you through our third party Web
advertising partners. We do not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the
third-party ad servers or ad networks. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by us and does
not cover the use of cookies by any third-party advertisers.
